You will hear from us within a day or two to set up our Initial Walkthrough, which is a free onsite visit, where we will inventory all of your homes utilities, note any recommended action items, and walk you through any further questions you may have.

Hearthstone is a monthly subscription based service that will handle all facets of home and property maintenance such as service, repair, and improvements. We charge a set percentage to oversee estimated work through trusted subcontractors, but perform many small maintenance items in house!

Yes, we are fully insured.

• Two complimentary consecutive hours per month of onsite service by us to be used for honey-do lists and/or maintenance walkthroughs.

• Priority access to our vendors, priority scheduling, and additional paid onsite hours to be scheduled as needed.

• An on call tech that is ready to assist at any time. No call centers!

Prices may vary, but we have a subscription fee of $100 per month for all the benefits listed above, and a charge of $70 ($140 for after hours calls) per hour for any non-estimated work if we are onsite managing it.

Estimated work is quoted and invoiced with a percentage markup which will be discussed during your Initial Walkthrough.

Yes. Our contract is an at-will contract that can be cancelled at any time by either party. We do not refund unused subscription charges at cancellation.

We are happy to work with you to revise your contract to suit your individual needs.

If you leave us with your key or access code, we will perform checks on your home as often as you like!

Just let us know what your priority items are, and we will check them according to your schedule.

These visits are billed separately, and the cost will be determined according to your specific needs.
